Wedding in 3 weeks, I need to lose a few lbs AND keep my energy up... impossible?

So, I bought my wedding dress at my lowest weight after a long time losing my baby weight and more! Since then I've put on about 5lb and it fits, but it's not as comfy when I'm sitting as I'd like. I really want to lose at least 3/4lb to feel happier about myself and comfier on the day.

I lost nearly 4 stone before so I know I can lose it, but I'm so stressed and exhausted. I'm sticking to 1250 calories on my fitness pal but whereas this used to be fine, I'm feeling so hungry and tired. I work 2 nights a week so I'm always catching up and my toddler is waking in the night too!

I am worried if I don't fuel myself better I'll get ill for the wedding but not sure how else to lose?

Help!
 
Hi, congratulations on your wedding! I find that if I need to keep my energy levels but want to lose or maintain weight up I need to stick to high protein, low carb. So, I eat things like hard boiled eggs, plain grilled chicken breast, stuff like that. It's boring, but effective. Also, tons of water, no caffeine, lots of fresh vegetables. If you can keep it up for three weeks hopefully you'll see a difference by your wedding day, then you can let yourself go on your honeymoon!

If you're up for a challenge, Jillian Michaels has a DVD called the "One Week Shred" which was designed for those last minute weight loss plans for a big event. It also comes with a meal plan for the week, but you could just continue with MyFitnessPal if you didn't like the one she put together. :flower:
