Week after miscarriage??

Hi there ladies I'm hoping someone could give me some advice.
I miscarried at 7 was last Friday the 9th June big bleed and I saw the sac. Was examined and sent home told to test again in 2/3 weeks to make sure negative.
My problem is since then I've had the worse nausea , fatigue , dizziness etc then before miscarriage I just can't seem to shift it a week on. I feel so ill.
Is this normal??
