Weight loss tips please!

I have half a stone to loose in two weeks for an appointment where we will hopefully get referred by the urologist to an ivf clinic. Can anyone give me any tips on how to loose it quickly & safely. I have been following weight watchers and lost 1.5 stone and more recently I have been doing 5:2 and list a further half a stone. Now I need the final push to get my bmi under 30. I'm 5ft 2 and a comfy size 14(uk) so I'm hoping they might not weigh me at this appointment.
 
cut out all snacks - seriously reduce portion size (yes, you might feel hungry for a while) I also use an ap on my phone that helps me calculate my caloric needs and how much I actually take in every day :) There is also a spiffy page on the internet that will calculate how many calories you burn -even for things like sleeping :D

Hi there's a brilliant app for mobiles, tablets etc I live my life by it am a size 12 but go up and down,(love food), I will be going for IVF ICSI in next few months, sending luck to you :-)

What about a wk of shakes?
I use the ap My Fitness Pal & that wrks for me, but Im goin for steady weightloss rather than over 2 wks. X
 
Try increasing your fluid intake by drinking more water and things like unsweetened tea. It helps you feel more full and have more energy. I try to drink a huge glass before every meal. Also, snacking on things like colored pepper slices or nuts every couple hours helps me from bingeing. Good luck!
 
Cut out all other drinks water. Try not to eat any foods high in simple carbs (white bread, pasta, etc.) and instead get your carb intake from complex carbs such as whole grains, fruits, and veggies. Great job on the weight you've already lost! :thumbup:
 
I drink Green tea that is suppose to boost weight loss, might be worth giving it a go?

When I really need to lose a few pounds I cut out carbs and up my exercise.
