weightloss advice needed

hi. i have 3st to lose and im eating a healthy diet with slimming world dinners, i go gym 4times a week and do ten mins on the rower,crosstrainer, treadmill and exercise bike. im into my second week with no loss yet, how long before i start to c results and how long do u think it will take? in 3 weeks time il b starting toning exercises to my routine. any advice appreciated x
