On day 3-4dpo, I'm questioning if I O'd on CD18-19 but very certain if was around then.
Anyway, I woke up out of a cold sleep at 430am, palpitations, excrutiating NONSTOP very lower abdominal cramps, definitely uterine area. I mean for 30 agonizing minutes I finally woke my husband up and he was all "what you want me to do?"
As a nurse, I had racing thoughts like OMG what if I'm having an early ectopic or something?? It finally stopped. Felt fine ever since, it was on Monday.
I mean, continuous & unrelenting 10/10 sharp throbbing cramps, nausea, felt like I was going to pass out.

Any thoughts on WTH???

Im not sure if I felt the same but maybe 3 months ago I had a pain that sounds very much like what you described. I almost posed out in the bathroom in a cold sweat... I haven't had it since but it reminded me of when I discovered my first cyst about 14 years ago. I went to the hospital back then but with the bcp i was able to manage it so it didn't enlarge again.

I'm going for a scan in about 2 weeks to check my ovaries and tubes, they'll look for blockage and cysts then... I can let you know the outcome of you'd like?

Know itwant much of an answer but my body has been doing such strange things since we began ttc.. Thought you might like to know you're not alone!

I haven't thought about my own experience with this in months, now I'm reminded and have another thing to add to the list of things that may be wrong.

This happened to me twice in a single week about six months ago. Like, went from sitting on the couch to crouched on all fours on the floor and told DH, "This needs to go away or you're driving me to the ER." Wore off after about ten minutes, happened two days later, and then went away completely. The worst part is that it takes you completely by surprise and then goes away the second you get worried enough to do something about it.

I'm not sure about what to do but I just wanted you to know you're not dying!

Thanks ladies!
I appreciate your responses. I've had ultrasounds and no cysts, I guess I'll never know what caused it :/

My first symptoms were cramping.... Im six weeks tomorrow.... Last cycle began 7th may....

From the 20th may- 1st june i had period like cramps... Almost very intense at times. I thought my period was going to arrive at any point. They almost felt like tugging/ nipping sensations.

1st june and one day late i tested positive :)

Fingers crossed for you! X
