Weird sensation :/

For some reason whenever I eat icecream my abdomen/uterus becomes really tender! Like if I cough I get really bad round ligament pain, and I'm just generally more aware of the area... I know people eat and drink cold things to try and make the baby move in later pregnancy but surely it shouldn't be having any effect this early, lol!
