Weird spotting

Hey all, I got the implanon out in July, my periods went back to normal except the last 3 cycles i have been having brown/red blood leakage one week before periods due for 4-5 days, its only noticeable when i wipe after doing a wee, anyone else get this an know what causes it??? Thanks Ladies
