Well..... After all that worrying......

I DID have my scan today It was brilliant, even though totally unflattering (stirrups!!) Everything looks fine apparently, although they put me at 11 + 2, I don´t know if that´s the size of baby and it´ll catch up or what! Doc didn´t seem to be concerned, I´ve definately worked out my dates correctly, 10th Dec was 1st day of last period!! Oh well, we´ll see how it goes I guess. She reckons I´m having a girl!! But said it´s really early yet so not to count on it too much, can´t believe they can tell the sex that early!! I´m still dubious about the sex, will wait til 20 weeks scan to find out for sure

glad all is well, i had an internal scan in my 1st tri, cause they couldnt see baby on normal one but it was great. just to no she was there. id had some horrible dreams, about going and they couldnt find her and then it was all in my head. when nurse said she couldnt see her i thought it was realitly and it was in my head but found her in the end.

They did an outside one AFTERWARDS!! Apparently it´s usual here in Spain to do internals!! All the way through too I think!!!

thats a bit mad, maybe its so they can a glimpse of bubs from all angles????
i would think they could get really good measurments from 2 angles
