We went on rightmove today so it's official now, quite scared but also excited!

In my excitement I bought a restored console table on eBay last night for £100 ...for the house I've not even found yet let alone bought

Good luck! We're selling ours too probably will go up after the weekend. We had 3 valuations there was a 25 grand difference between Highest and lowest! Couldn't believe the difference, we've gone somewhere in the middle . Also can't believe some of the BS that estate agents come out with! I must look like I was born yesterday.
Think it's still a buyers market, up here anyway. We've got a good bargain on the one we've bought if it goes through
