we have done it before but for love nor money can i remember everything we need to take with us, we're not camping so thats a load off our backs.... the west highland way for those who don't know what it is its a 96mile hike from milngavie (near glasgow) to fort william.
anyone know what is a must to take....
anything listed would be great

o Underwear
o Socks
o T-shirts
o Trousers
o Soft shoes (for night)
o Jumper
o Jacket
o Hydro packs
o Boots
o Gaiters
o Waterproofs
o Hair brush (Lynne)
o Tooth brush & tooth paste (travel size)
o Pain medicine/Vitamins
o First aid kit/bandages/plasters
o Snacks
o Wallets/money/phones/chargers
o Walking book/map.
