Being really conscious not to eat the same old things every day so wanted to take some ideas from you lovely lot....

Today I had scrambled eggs, slice of toast.
Half a bagle with Philadelphia cucumber and sweet peppers
Some rice homemade tortilla with chicken

Also a banana and an orange
You?
 
So far - a jacket potato with homemade coleslaw (hm eggless mayo), cheese and salad

a slice of cheesecake

a few root veg crisps

Dinner will be roast chicken with stuffed courgettes :)
 
An everything bagel with light butter (cream cheese gives me queasy belly)

2 hours later.snack time ..A yogurt and an apple..2 choc chip cookies to hold me over till lunch (it did nothing lol).

2 hours later.. thank god it's lunch time! . .. a chicken parm (my first protein in 7 weeks) and a handful of french fries.

Dinner later will be salad and a huge bowl of fruit followed by more fruit before bed. Yum!
 
A turkey sausage and egg white breakfast sandwich and for lunch I'm eating a good ole peanut butter jelly sandwich and some greek yogurt! Trying to remind myself to eat healthy even though it doesn't taste as good!
 
Breakfast - fried egg sandwich on a toasted English muffin, some strawberries
Lunch - hamburger and French fries (bad lunch :( Lol)
Dinner- baked sausage and potatoes, steamed green beans

I've drank a million glasses of water, lol. And a few dill pickle chips. Not the greatest day over all. Oh well :shrug:
 
I'm still trying to get through the nausea but yesterday I forced down:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with soy milk
Lunch: Green Salad and Vegetable Mandu (Korean dumplings)
Dinner: Lentil, Tofu & Vegetable Curry

My doctor's told me I need to start eating more because I'm BF'ing while pregnant but the smell of pretty much everything makes me gag these days.
 
Breakfast - fruit loops with skim milk:blush:
Snack - three giant handfuls of almonds and a bag of dried mango
Lunch - slice of veggie pizza
Dinner - green salad with tofu, bean & vegetable soup
Snack - granola bar, handful of potato chips

I'm probably not done for the day, I've been so hungry!
 
Breakfast - plain greek yogurt with blueberries and walnuts
Lunch - homemade organic fajita chicken with beans over rice and raw spinach
Snack - grapefruit and 2 pretzels
Dinner - chicken stir fry over raw baby spinach and arugula
Lots of decaf hot tea
 
My twins make me ravenous!!!

Breakfast - Decaf Cinnamon Dolce latte (half sweet) ;) and a cheese danish
Snack - Plain yogurt with strawberries, chia and hemp hearts
Lunch - Mixed green salad and a small side of sweet and sour meatballs
Snack - A yummy cannoli :)
Dinner - Small serving of beef pot pie

Believe it or not... this is an improvement. LOL
 
A pear when I first woke up

Bacon, two eggs, two pieces of multigrain toast for breakfast.

Cup of grapes for a snack

Leftover roast chicken and potatoes for lunch

A large carrot and a slice of cheese for a snack.

Currently boiling up the carcass of last nights roast chicken to make chicken vegetable soup for dinner with homemade wholemeal herb and cheese biscuits.

Breakfast- hot cross bun
Snack-banana and a biscuit
Lunch- feeling very queasy so 2 Breadsticks and some tinned pineapple (all I fancied! )
Snack- 2 satsumas and another hot cross bun!
Tea- hm spaghetti bolognaise and melon chunks.
 
I don't really want to eat today, I don't feel sick, just feel very emotional and panicked. :(
 
Yesterday I had

B - nothing for breakfast as didn't have Time
L - some kfc popcorn chicken
S- chocolate muffin
D- chicken in butter sauce with brocolli and sautéed potatoes

Fluids I've had - 450 ml diet Pepsi, 3 cans diet irn bru, glass of fresh orange, and 4 glasses water.

I think this thread is a great idea for food inspiration.
