What do all the shorthand letters mean?

Hi - I am new here and am confused with all the short hand capital letters people are using. I have figured out TTC (Trying to conceive) but can't figure out the others. Can people help? The ones I have noticed are BFP and OH. There are loads more but I can't remember them. If you know of some, could you let me know their meanings please?
