I like both a lot but if you want something more unusual...I would go with Freya Halle (which is stunning!)

Halle would be a little more common considering that similar name Hayley is so big right now.

I vote Freya Halle, but that's cause I love Freya and to be honest don't really like Halle. But I think since their both 2 syllables it doesn't really matter which one comes first if you like them both.
