probably sounds like a silly question, but i have a few questions on this..

if you're taking baby out in winter and you've put them in a footmuff what would you dress them in, clothes then a coat or no coat, with or without a blanket?

due to the rising energy prices for those on a low income will you keep the heating on all day? it's fine if i'm cold but don't want LO to be cold but the thought of a bill i can't pay is terrifying!

thanks xx:flower:

If its really cold I would have vest, clothes, coat and hat then footmuff. And freezing weather a blanket too.

Inside I would put a cardigan on if neccessary and have my heating on timer for a few hours a day,so the house doesnt get too cold.

Normal winters day I'd put vest, top & trousers or dress with tights, coat and hat, scarf, gloves (if your lucky enough to have a LO that will keep these on!!) and cosytoes. Very very cold winters day I'd add and extra blanket and maybe try put the rain cover over although like with the hat, scarf and gloves mine refuses to have it on!

My friend gave me a good tip this week on a cold morning school run. She got her little girl one of those teddies you put in the microwave and she warms it up and gives it to her little girl to cuddle to keep her warm. I love this idea and can't wait to try it in the winter!

If my LO wasnt walking she wouldve been in clothes and a pramsuit and footmuff to go out, but as shes just started walking, she will be in warm clothes a thick coat, hat, scarf and maybe gloves if I can get her to leave them on and winter boots, when shes in the pram will have the footmuff aswell and prob a blanket xx

last year she was only a little baby so she used to wear a vest, sleepsuit, thick pramsuit, hat, blanket and footmuff, and she would always be nice and toasty x
