what do you eat on weight watchers?

im soooo fed up of jacket potatoe and salad and weight watchers meals i also i hate cooking :wacko:

can any of you give me ideas of what to have thats quick and easy please

I am doing pro points! My main meals are usually cooked from scratch but are quick and simple...

moroccan stew (carrots, butternut squash, chick peas and tinned tomaoes and spices) with cous cous

veg curry and rice

chilli & rice

veggies in cream cheese and creme frasiche sauce with spaghetti

healthy BLT sandwich

and lots more!
it does take a lot of pre planning but all are low point, healthy and allow extra point per day for treats and snacks

You can eat whatever you like!
I started it last week and lost 5 1/2lb in my first week and i didnt really change my diet much, just making sure i had smaller portions and changed to quorn meat. X
 
While I was on weight watchers I would take some fresh green beans, steam them, add garlic and soy sauce and tofu. That made a REALLY good lunch (to me)
You could also have a piece of grilled chicken (or boiled) with a nice vinaigrette salad.
 
Quorn is a good alternative. Low cal/fat and very filling. :thumbup: xxx
