AND IM NOT MOANING HONESTLY...

Im getting fed up of trying to think of nice things to eat, everytime I open the fridge/cupboard my stomach turns...

Im fed up of salads n crackers !!

Constant nausea is fab but I wanna eat....

What are you eating....

What a question fluffy! When this is over I hope never to see another gingernut for as long as I live ! I have found that plain carbs are the best thing - so pasta with a simple tomato sauce or a jacket potato with beans etc. They don't turn my stomach and seem to hold off the nausea for about half an hour. Not very inspiring though! xxx

No I know im fed up of water, might try some sparking water and lots of ice.

Its mainly the afternoons and evening that are the issue for me as I can do toast and cereal quite easily in the morning. Cant face a cuppa past 10am! And coffee makes me heave !

Also the smell of cat food is eughhhhhhhhhhh! And to add salt to the wounds hubby hates the cat and hates feeding it... keeps telling it its going to the cat farm when I have this baby lol !

Yeah cold water is good actually. I've found that my best hour of the day is 8am - 9am - I feel almost human then. It seems to get steadily worse throughout the day (who named this "morning" sickness - doh!).

My cat has completely gone off me! Went to bite me last night, which he never normally does. Luckily he adores my DH.

What an excellent thread fluffy! :D I've been struggling with the same thing. I got so fed up of staring blankly into the cubboards and fridge for inspiration that I went to the huge supermarket near here and spent blinkin ages going up and down all the aisles trying to find things that didn't turn my stomach when I thought about eating them.

Anything sweet is an instant no-go for me (except for fresh juice and smoothies, which I'm drinking by the gallon!!), but so is anything stodgy so potato is out too. For snacks I bought loads of different crackers, breadsticks, crisps, etc and various dips that seem to go down ok. Olives are FAB for some reason, as is most salad stuff as you say.

For meals noodles and stir-frys are good, as is brown rice, cous cous and veggie burgers or veggie sausages. Oh and eggs are being ok - poached, boiled, scrambled, in omelettes, you name it.

That is literally about it though - which is going to get a bit old after 8 or so more weeks!! Any more suggestions gratefully recieved! :D

I had a pack of Werthers Originals last night they were good well boiled sweets are. Had my toast and cereal this morning and 5 mins later bang the nausea hits :-(

Im having a new haircut at 1pm and feel like death :-) (well I am happy!)

cheese on toast and olives are the two things that never seem to make me feel queasy -although I'm trying to avoid too much cheese on toast - not exactly the healthiest!

cereal bars have been a godsend - and toast and various bland things

"this week I have mainly been eating Crisps" cheese on toast too as Katykat said its not exactly a healthy diet.

I have been trying hard to get more fresh fruit and veg in there - chopped up fruit in plain yogurt seems to do well as part of breakfast

Unfortunately I think its more "suck it and see" than anything else
