Lucas goes to a childminder 3 days a week and she writes in a little communications book every day. She often writes things that seem a bit blunt and rude (hard to tell a person's tone through writing I know) but she's made a bit of a jibe towards how much we give him for lunch.

How much do your children eat for their lunch/day? I was under the impression that he was getting plenty but now I'm worried I haven't been feeding him enough and am pissed off that rather than just say that she thinks he might need more food she's made a silly little comment.

Well Isaac is 15 months and usually has about half a tortilla wrap with some filling and some salad sticks then a desert and a drink.

Mine is almost 17 months, and we try to do meat + fruit or veg + carbs at lunch time. Usually he has half a banana, or half a sliced apple, or some applesauce, along with some meat (he won't eat bread at all, so sandwiches are out - he probably eats the equivalent of one chicken nugget), and either crackers (2 or 3) or a couple of spoonfulls of noodles or vegetables.
