I mean things like bread, yogurt, soft cheese, meat balls? Surely I'm not the only one who bakes her own bread etc.?

I used to bake my own bread but just don't seem to have the time right now :(. Can't wait to get back in to baking!

I've been making my own bolognase/pasta sauce as LO eats what we eat and I worry about salt content so it's packed full of loads of different vegetables and its pretty tasty! Got a batch in the freezer ready to go! I was using jars before so its good that LO eats the same as its made me get back into cooking and eating more healthily. Still can't seem to find time to bake though :( my baking cupboard is feeling neglected!

Yes, I find time is a big problem as you can't bank on being able to put it in the oven when it's just right, or check on it. A big part of that is that my baby only sleeps on me. Yogurt is easier as it mostly takes care of itself. I also miss doing fancy breads and cakes. I'm really looking forward to being able to show her how to do it and watch the excitement when she bakes (and eats) her first bread roll!
