Hello!
we are having the HARDEST time trying to figure out a name for our second son!
My husband likes the name Tyler but Im not 100%
I like the name Jackson with the nn Jack. Hes not 100% lol

So i figured id come on here and see what everyone else thinks! Unbiased opinions! :happydance:

SO let me know what you think of them both. Why or why not to choose either one. And if you feel like it a suggestion. Our sons name is Cameron so it has to flow well with his name!

:winkwink:Thanks all!!! :hugs:

Hey! I personally think both your names are nice but neither would be THE ONE for me. But that's personal of course. I'd probably choose a more traditional name to go with big brother's name. Something like Joseph or Anthony? Or something to go with the Scottishness, like maybe Euan (or Evan), Lewis or Harris?

I think Jackson sounds great with a scottish accent, it has that hard J sound. To go with your other son's name I'd say Jackson...

Tyler is one of my favourite names (with Ty for a NN) but if you're looking for one which goes with Cameron I'd say Jackson

I like both of those names to be honest! I think I prefer Tyler over Jackson. There was a thread posted here a few days ago about the name Jackson, lots of people seemed to like it, and also the spelling Jaxon was suggested x

Oooo! Like your choices, wouldn't like to choose! My dog (female) is called Tyler, and Jack is our chosen name for a boy... hmmm... no help there then!

Both names are nice but it seems like Tyler has been popular for quite a few years and Jackson is newer and trendy. I concur that Jackson goes well with big brother Cameron. The boys could be called Cam and Jack!

I definitely prefer Jackson, it sounds great. If it were my choice, my only fear would be that with a recent celebrity death I would be constantly feeling the need to point out he wasn't named after him!!

I like the name Hermione but wouldn't consider it now because of Harry Potter and I was deeply upset when my fave girl name of all time, Willow, was used for a ridiculous character in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Why oh why?!

Have fun choosing - perhaps when you meet your son you will know which one is right for him (it will probably be something completely different!).

Mix them together and then you get Tyson ;] not really although some people may like that name i dont know .. but Jackson id say is better but i like Tyler aswel there both nice names :)
x

I have to say, I also think Baby Gummy Bear is really cute (just noticing your ticker)! We had Mango curry the night of :spermy: hence our nickname.

As dada is a pianist, a friend has suggested calling ours Baby Grand :dohh:

I personally prefer Jackson and then would go jack for short. x x
