Fairy liquid and hot water then rinse well with hot water before sterilising x

Fairy liquid or other normal washing up liquid is just fine hun. Or you can pop them on the top shelf of the dishwasher if you have one.

I would recommend investing in a good bottle brush too (if you haven't already of course) - I have the tommee tippee one and the brush head comes off to reveal a bit you clean inside the teats with xx

I use Fairy liquid and hot water, give them a good rinse and then sterilse xx

I clean the bowl out and fill with hot water and liquid (fairy) and soak for a minute or two then cleajn with bottle brush, rinse well and sterilise

Tesco own brand anti-bac here. Any washing up liquid is fine but rinse them in clean water after x

Yep I use washing up liquid and rinse them too. I've also got the tommee tippee bottle brush, it's ace!!

wth is fairy liquid?

I'm guessing you aren't from the uk?
It's dish soap lol
I fill the sink to do the washing up then wash the bottles first, I have a brush from adsa with a sponge part on the end) then I wash the plates etc rinse bottles then sterilise.

Washing up liquid, hot water and Philips Avent brush of which you can use the end to clean the teat, then steam sterilise x

Just don't do what I did and put them in the dishwasher with dirty lasagne plates!!! One cycle later and one batch of stained orange bottles!!!!

Oooops - sounds like the sort of silly thing I would do if I had a dishwasher :haha:

I wash in whatever brand of washing up liquid we have (we get whatever is cheapest!) then rinse under the tap. Then sterilise in electric steam steriliser, then put them in the fridge till needed.

We have a Tommee tippee double ended brush (has a big brush and then a little one for teats).

When rinsing the teats I always fill the teat with water and then push my thumb in, to make sure a squirt of water comes out the teat. Just to make sure the teat isn't clogged up. Sounds fiddly but I do it without thinking now, its just habit.

Why I don't use the dishwasher lol. My SIL has really bright orange bottles from using the dishwasher, don't suppose it does any harm but I prefer to handwash because of this.
