what does it feel like when baby kicks?

my mom says it feels like butterflies.. but idk, my doctor said that I should start feeling it soon.

For me it started with pops/taps and a tickling sensation .. now it's proper thuds and kicks. They say it feel like a fluttering or butterflies ...... er but what does a butterfly 'feel' like?!

erm... so many differant types, bubbles popping, like a itch, like a fish swiming in your belly

When it first happened to me it felt like a bubble popping but now i have hard kicks and punches

It starts off like a tickley butterfly feeling, but then when the baby gets bigger it feels like a bubble popping!

My twins kick all day, if one is asleep, the other is kicking lol! I remember when I was 18 weeks and they hadn't kicked, and all I wanted was to feel them... now I wish they would leave me alone for just 5 mins!!! Haha!

If your lucky you can actually see your belly move, most people don't get that til later on but I've been able to see them kick through the belly since 20 weeks.. might be a twin thing or maybe they just have big feet lol!!

Your little one will kick soon, and trust me you will know when it happens! You can't miss a big thud in your belly lol! xxxx

For me it felt like parts of my stomach was twitching
but then later on it feels like a bubble popping, butterflies, or just normal gas bubbles
