What does watery cm mean?

I know stretchy, thin, and watery is fertile .....what about just plain watery cm and lots of it?

I think its can be the stage before it turns to ewcm, at least it was for me...mine was very watery I started to get a line on my opks, then when it went ewcm and I got a positive then it went back to watery again. Watery is good, its fertile cm, its not as fertile as ewcm but still fertile.
