Can you post an example menu of what/how much your 12 month old eats in a day?

My daughter has been EBF all this time. Starting around 6.5-7 months old, I started offering table food (BLW) but she's never been all that into it - a few bites here and there.

Now she's almost 1 y/o, and suddenly in the last 2 weeks - Shes VERY hungry for food. She seems to eat a lot, and is still nursing at naps (2, usually) and definitely to fall asleep at night, and through the night a few times (co-sleeping).

I just want to compare to what others her age are eating each day! Thanks

Mine is 13 months. He was ebf also. I tried switching to whole milk at one year but he just doesn't want to drink it. A sip and he's done. So I'm still keeping the morning bf for now:
Wake up, bf
Breakfast, waffle with apple butter, handful of blueberries and a few strawberries (although he eats this all so fast I think I'm going to increase to two waffles)
Lunch, grilled cheese sandwich and grapes
Snack, yogurt and banana
Dinner, I try to offer something like mac and cheese with shredded chicken and mixed veggies but lately, past week or so, he has been refusing dinner for some reason. Actually I think it may be teething (he still has no teeth lol)
He would eat fruit all day long if I let him, he loves all fruit. He also like orange veggies but not really any others. Meat and eggs are hit and miss with him

Mine is almost 13 months and over the last 3 weeks or so has really come along leaps and bounds with his food.

His daily food intake looks like this:

Wake up - BF
Brekky - Porridge (made with 1/3c raw oats) + 1/4C stewed apple (some days add toast)
Snack - Wholegrain fruit bar or Banana
Lunch - Zucchini Slice + fruit OR cheese + veggies + custard OR pasta + veggies + yoghurt (he won't eat sandwiches)
Snack - Milk (BF if I'm home, whole milk if I'm not) + crackers/fruit
Dinner - Casserole OR Spag Bol OR Meat + Veg (pretty much what we have except he won't eat salads!) He usually then has fruit plus either custard or natural yoghurt (opposite of what he had a lunch).
BF before bed (about 30min after dinner)

He is a real guts at the moment (his portions match his super-active 3yo brother) but I'm happy to see it because it took him a long time to want food due to lots of colds from around 7-9mths (which saw him drop off height/weight charts) so I think he has some catching up to do!

Hi! I have 13 month twin girls. They typically eat:

8 am: 5 oz whole milk and Cheerios (dry, not in the milk)
10 am: Oatmeal
Lunch: Grilled cheese OR mac & cheese OR chicken noodle soup minus the broth AND peas/some other veggie with 5 oz whole milk
Snack: Yogurt and teething wafer
4 pm: 5 oz whole milk
Dinner: Cut-up turkey meatball OR chicken nuggets and peas/sweet potato and toast with hummus. And usually some fruit at the end.
7 pm: Formula bottle

This just our recent menu--we change it up a lot. Basically, we aim for protein, veggies and carbs at lunch and dinner. My girls also enjoy tuna salad (which you have to give sparingly, of course). They also like blobs of goat cheese. Apparently eggs are really hard for little kids to eat (per an eating specialist). They're soft but chewy, and just generally a very strange texture for babies.

Thanks! So I guess she's eating about a normal amount :)
She was fine with 3 meals and a snack, then suddenly she started wanting more...her portion sizes aren't big though, seems like she prefers to spread it throughout the day. Her snacks and meal sizes are about the same.

Now her schedule has been like
7:30 nurse
8:30 breakfast
10:30 snack then comfort nurse to sleep (nap 1)
12:00 lunch
2:00 snack then comfort nurse to sleep (nap)
4:00 snack
6:00 dinner
8:00 nurse to sleep
(Nurse back to sleep in the night a few times)

My daughter is almost 12 months this is what she eats

830 porridge (half of one micro sachet from quaker) with 2 spoons fruit puree and some of my toast or cheerios 4oz cows milk

1030 juice/water with a snack half baby oat bar or baby crisps or fruit varies day to day

1 PM lunch either a sandwich with other bits of salad/cheese etc on the side or something warm like fish fingers or omelette with potato waffles followed by fruit and yoghurt for dessert with juice drink

Depending on nap time she doesn't always have a afternoon snack but similar to morning on days she does

530 PM dinner either portion of our food or toddler meal followed by fruit & a drink

7 PM 4oz toddler milk before bed
