I keep being told I am too laid back and I must be forgetting something but I don't know if I am so thought I'd ask you experts!

Groom - Check
Registrar - Check
Venue - Check
Dress - Check
Suit - Check
Accessories - Check
Photographer - Check
Make up and hair trial - Check
Cake - Check
Invites - Check
Gifts - Check
Flowers - Check
Bridesmaid and Best Man - Check

We need a dress for Missy, shoes for all of us, a shirt and tie for Boyo......

All I care about is that we could get married that day and as long as we are both there and the Registrar shows up we can so jobs a good un' as far as I'm concerned!

Little welcome packs for guests staying at your hotel?

Have your organised where you/Boyo are staying the night before? Or are you staying together? Transport on the day? Do you need transport for guests? Is someone doing a video for you or are you not too fussed about that? Are you getting Boyo a gift?

The hotel does the welcome packs and pops them in peoples rooms so that is a Check too!

Boyo and I are staying together with Missy :cloud9: Most people get all hysterical and say "you can't do that" but we bloody can!! The wedding isn't until 4, we are going to take ourselves off for a wander on the beach in our favourite place with our little lady and spend the morning together. We will part at lunch time when I go to get ready and that is enough for us :cloud9:

No transport needed and we have laid lunch on for the guests as they get into their rooms at 1pm and wedding is not till 4pm.

Video is something we are thinking about, not hiring a pro but may see if a friend can do it, he has offered so may take him up on it.

Boyo has a Tag watch so that is sorted too :thumbup: Just need to remember and pick it up at some point when I'm out without him :haha:

sounds like your done pops! pretty much the same as us, i keep saying, i have too many other priorities to worry about my wedding :lol: we too are all staying together, me and james don't do nights about :lol:
 
That's it, I really don't care about the wedding, I care about the marriage, the next 70 years.....I feel that gets forgotten about a lot of the time which is very sad.

Us either, it would be horrid :hugs:

i feel like that my lovely, i had a dream i was getting married in two days, and i was so excited! i just stuck my jeggings on and we did :cloud9:
 
decorations for the venue? balloons etc?

when i got married i had forgotten balloons and i panicked asked my mum to order them and it turned out my mum and MIL had already done it as i surprise so i ruined it lol MIL still thinks i didnt know lol.
 
Not sure what your reception plans are but entertainment?
 
Not having anything like that hunny so one less thing to worry about! :thumbup:

The wedding is at 4pm, canapes and champers will be served from 4.30 through 5.30pm then we will go down to the Basement for our AMAZING 5 course meal which will take us through till about 8.30pm and then it is a cocktail event in the evening with some more food served at 11pm........with a little secret thrown in :winkwink:

I think I am more organised than I think I am!We are far to chilled about it all but really need to sit down and figure out what we still need to do! x
