I had my little boy 6 weeks ago and I'm desperate to lose weight I'm 2 stone heavier than pre pregnancy! I want to go to some classes at the gym is there anything I am NOT allowed to do?
Thank you for any advice I forgot to ask at 6 week check with dr! X
 
Unless you have abdominal separation (this would have been diagnosed at your 6 week checkup), you're good to go. Just be light on your tummy for now, remember that all major compound lifts (squat,deadlift,bench,press) work your abdominals anyways, no need to do a million crunches

Yep :) I was back doing heavy barbell lifts in 6 weeks myself!
