What happens if...?

So I applied for CSA a few weeks ago, and they said it could take upto 4 weeks before I hear anything. I still haven't heard anything, but I have a mutual friend, who kinda talks to my ex, but talks to me more, so he's like my spy lol. But anyway, this friend text me today saying CSA rang my ex today and he denied paternity so will have to do a DNA test, then when it comes back that he is the dad he's going say I tricked and trapped him into 'doing the deed'.

Would they believe him? We were together for a good 6 months so I don't see how I would just trap him. And if I did want to get pregnant that badly, I wouldn't of gone the 300 miles to his place some weekends just to get up the duff.

I'm so fucking pissed off. He's pathetic. It's not like he will have to pay anyway because he's still at college.

Urgh he sounds as bad as my sperm donor lol ( I have decided he doesn't deserve the term FOB anymore!) he is refusing to talk to CSA at all. It doesn't matter what he says to them, when the DNA proves he is the biological father then he will have to pay (when he has a job or some income). I don't understand why they have to be such idiots over it!

It really wouldn't make a difference whether you trapped him or not (which I'm sure you didn't, my FOB thinks the same thing, the word "vain" springs to mind!) If he's the dad he's the dad so he's got to pay up provided he's earning. xx

Thanks girls, really don't know why they bother denying they are theres, they are the ones that have to pay for the DNA test, yawn! I swear they don't think lol. I wasn't sure what would happen, but it kinda makes sense now xx

Stupid man! My FOB is under the impression im going to have to pay for the DNA test he's demanding.. cant wait till hes given the bill hehe good luckk x

If he's proven the father then he has to pay! No choice on the matter.


Most FOB's have the DNA test to be 100% sure, before they pay out for the next 18years of their live, it make's sense really.
Id have the DNA test if I was a bloke!
