What happens now?

Had my 21 day test done to see if I ovulate which I do. Bf has had his semen analysis and we are now waiting on results . So what tends to happen now? I'm in the the uk if that makes a difference ?

Hi Lucy

For me we got my results back and it showed low progesterone so we repeated the next month. That month was fine. Sperm analysis fine. I was told at that stage they normally wait til around 18months to refer me on to a specialist.

I'm pretty much at my 18 months now so going back soon for my referral.

You should have an HSG, which checks for blockages in the Fallopian tubes.

Hi ladies would love to keep in the loop with where you get to. I'm in the UK too and just had day 21 test - results back tomorrow. Hubby not been to dr yet - he is dragging feet but hopefully next week. We've been trying since April 2015 - had MC at 7 weeks in May 2016 and since then nothing. It's so frustrating. Would be lovely to keep each other company on next steps x

My bf was dragging his feet for a few weeks too! But he eventually went. I would love to keep in touch with you and share this journey together

Hi Lucy_smith so what happens next for you guys? My Husband finally went for semen analysis last wed - they said to call back in a week - but we are on holiday the end of this week (and I'm due to ovulate) so am tempted to just take a break from opk testing while away take pressure off and deal with results and what comes next when we are back. That said I have no idea what comes next. My husband is now convinced there is something wrong with him (which doesn't help)! What's next for you guys? X

got the results for the semen analysis, they wernt too happy with them but the dr said if he stops smoking and takes certain vitamins then he will be fine 2 weeks smoke free now for bf !!!
i am being sent to the fertility specialists after the 19th april for more tests, dr called them 'nasty tests' so dont know what that means..... im just hoping these vitamins help and i dont need to go!
