I've seen this used be for but imnot sure what it is.. I knowhat it means but what is it exactly?
Sperm Meets Egg Plan 
basically a plan for conceiving. If I remember right from when I googled it! You dtd every other day from cd8 and take opks every day from cd10. You do the every other day dtd until you get a positive opk. Then you dtd that night and the following 3 and then skip a day and dtd again supposed to increase your chances!
Obviously for someone like me who Os on cd6 it wouldnt work, though im sure it is easily adapted lol I may try it next month

Oh okay, thanks! & good luck! Wow cd 6! I have longer cycles so idk when exactly I o were bding as much as possible this month that's my plan lol
