Woke up Sunday morning with pain in my left wrist. I assumed I'd slept funny and it would go away. It didn't.
It's the inner edge where thumb joint attaches to the arm. Forward and back is OK, side to side (waving) is a bit painful but it is twisting it downwards (like when trying to type or play piano) that is the worst. I can't type except one handed - so I'm at work feeling ridiculous as I haven't actually injured myself but I'm not really capable of doing a proper days work!!
