What keepsake things are/did you getting your baby for their 1st Christmas?

So what did/are you getting your LO's for their 1st Christmas to remember it by? I'm going to get a 1st Christmas Bauble maybe with her name on it but want to get some other things too.

We got Tegan a bauble. We get her one every year (they don't say anything on them now, but we always got ourselves a new bauble every Christmas so thought we'd get Tigs one too!)

my mum bought Ella a personalised bauble last year with the year on it, and she's going to do the same this year, she's going to make it a sort of a tradition I suppose!

What's a bauble? I'm assuming it's an ornament?

We got Emma an Eeyore ornament. It was special to us because the first gift we bought especially for our new baby was at Disney World and it was a stuffed Eeyore. I also sewed her a cross-stitch birth announcement that was Eeyore. She also has her pretty Christmas dress that I packed into her keepsake box.

do you know where your getting them from? I know studio do personalised santa sacks but there in pink, would prefer something more traditional

I had the mothercare christmas catalogue/booklet type thing through the post yesterday, and they have loads of things on the first few pages for 1st christmas' can see myself getting loads definitely going to get a personalised stocking, bauble and a photo album x

I think for DS I got a few things from Mothercare like a photo album - which I still havent put any photo's in and slippers etc!

This time Ive seen a few things in Argos, but they arent specifically about Christmas, they are just keepsakes in general, like a silver train money box etc. Im struggling to know what to get the baby this year as its another boy and we already have all the toys and baby bits, so it will mainly be keepsakes and money to put it into savings

Me neither. I'm not really sentimental that way. I have the pictures and the memories though which is fine for me.
