Hi everyone

We have been married for 9 years and trying to conceive for just over 2 and a half years. Tried everything- digital fertility monitor, supplements, conceive plus etc
Never had a bfp. Every month I hope it is going to be a successful one but it never is. I just feel depressed and upset about it all now.

What's my next step?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend trying to get an appointment with a doctor, just to get a general check up to see if there's possibly a reason for the lack of BFP. In the mean time there are several at home remedies to improve fertility such as your DH making sure he gets enough protein from foods such as meat, bananas, nuts ect. I recommend taking prenatal vitamins. It doesn't neceserally help with fertility but it gives you body the vitamins it needs just in case you do become BFP. Doesn't hurt to take them even when not pregnant, it helps with making your hair thicker which is a plus if you're someone like me with thin hair. I've definitely noticed a difference. Good luck and :dust: to you!

As tami said, get yourself to the docs together and they will organise the initial tests for you. From experience, you will start to feel better about the whole thing by taking action, I did.

:hugs:

Dear Both

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my post. I will get myself an appointment at the doctors. Hopefully I will then feel like I am moving forwards.
