Hi ladies,
Just wondering if anyone knows of reasons your BBT can spike and then come back down again. I'm just wondering whether it was a one-off fluke or if my body tried to ovulate and failed.
I took my temp yesterday after waking up wrapped in duvet with it slightly covering my face. Could that raise BBT do you think? I'm not unwell and the room was a similar temp to normal. Just wondering what else might have caused it?
Annoyingly this is the first cycle I'm not using OPKs as they ran out. I've got some on order arriving tomorrow, so I'll start taking them then. I usually have very steady temps, so to have a sudden spike is odd for me.
