Hey ladies. I know it's been asked before but I'm really curious.

I have been in early labor for 2 days now, sick of it and the doctors and nurses have given me the ok to try and get things moving. I know she will only come when she's ready as we tried with our first to no avail.

I know some of the techniques I'm more curious to hear which ones you think worked for you (coincidence or not).

Thanks.

Absolutely nothing! lol Except maybe giving up on everything..... :dohh:
I rode my ATV through every pothole I could at 38 weeks, then around 40 weeks drank raspberry leaf tea, sex, took evening primrose capsules, had 2 sweeps, went for lots of walks, etc. Nada! This time round I'm not planning on doing a single thing to try and get things rolling because I truly believe that baby will come when he/she is ready, regardless of what I try. :)

Ive tried - lots of walking, sex, hot food, pineapple, been taking raspberry leaf capsules for over 2 weeks, bouncing on my ball, bathing in and massaging on clary sage oil, everything.... but nothings working. I guess babies really do come when they are ready!! Lol

I really can't be bothered doing anything as I've seen no proof anything really works.

morning primrose oil capsules... one vaginally as high up as you can get it as you're going to bed.. will help soften up your cervix :) I did this with ds2 and I'm sure it helped :) that and walking a lot!

With my DD, I tried EVERYTHING.

Sex, RLT, pineapple, head, up and down stairs, hour long walks, bouncing on a birthing ball, spicy foods etc.

Nothing works. They will come when they are ready, and not a moment before I'm afraid lol.

:hugs:
