what should i do?? nearly 14oz of milk in a hr

so Adrhianna is a piggy, shes 14 wees old and 14lb 3 oz i know big girl, she take 7-8oz of milk but after2 hrs she still wants more, at some stages i finish giving her 7oz and she still screaming for more, so i give her another bottle and she takes another 7oz :O

what do i do, start weaning or hungryer mink :S

i would say try hungery baby milk and if she is still screaming after that talk to HV but i would also try giving her some baby rice now.x

i'm weaning now (just porriage and rice) as gertie is not keeping her milk down at the mo she keeps being sick after each feed as gone from 9oz down to 6 oz but i now changed over to hungry baby milk to see if this makes a difference.x

I'd swap to hungry baby milk and try to hold off weaning as long as possible. Good luck x

Yep I would definitely try changing to hungry baby milk and see how that works out for a couple of weeks before thinking about weaning.I know some babies do take to weaning at around her age but really I would try to hold off as long as you can xxx

Yeah hungry baby milk. It might buy you some more time before weaning. I would def speak to your HV though. I think some babies do need, and can cope with, solids earlier than others.

erica was doing that.... it was because she had an acid build up and it was giving her heart burn... she would drink to alleviate the pain.
HV missed it because she wasnt being sick. xxxx maybe its worth checking

ooh yes that might be the case...I've been told that can be a viscious circle of thirst then formula...also if you use powder check you're making it up exactly right...
