For pretty much three and a half years we've been as regular as clockwork; ovulation cd17 and then period about cd31. The only time that things were a bit strange were just after a miscarriage or maybe randomly every 6 months id have a shorter LP.

About a year ago my LP went from 14 days to 12 days, but I was still ovulating on CD17, so knew it wasn't really an issue.

About 4 months ago I tried the fertility diet (no meat, dairy, sugar, caffeine, chemical or processed) and accidentally lost 6lbs in 10 days (I was at the ideal weight and BMI before the weight loss) I didn't ovulate until CD23 and this marked the sign of things to come.

I quickly scrapped the fertility diet fearing that either this or the rapid weight loss was the culprit, but kept on taking bee pollen and aloe vera. The aloe vera had given me amazing CM and I was taking 3 table spoons a day, cutting down to only 1 after ovulation.

Today is my worst cycle ever and my LP was only 9 days :cry: I know that this is the length that could indicate problems.

I have just had an AMH test and my reserve is fab (in fact I'm a high risk for OHSS it's so good!) so it's can't be menopause (also only 28). Fertility friend is now warning me I'm irregular :(

Any suggestions?
 
I've heard Agnus castus can be good for regulating cycle may be worth reading up on it?

Firstly just wanted to ask if the bee pollen and aloe vera a FLP product? No reason other than I am taking them too.

Also, I have been back charting my cycle and I noticed my LP has decreased from 13 days to 10-11 days. Don't think it's the bee pollen and aloe vera as I started taking them way after I noticed the difference in my cycle.

You might want to try B-complex. That is really good for your LP. There is a post on BnB dedicated to this. I will find it for you and post it.

vitamin b6 lengthen luteal phase increase progesterone

I am taking B50s at the moment and honestly can't see a change so going to take B100s. I took these before and they made a difference all right. It also helps with the pre AF spotting for me.
 
B6 and b12 regulate my short lp also another thing hi sugar levels can cut cycle short I know it prob won't effect people the same but something I've noticed over last year may help as even non diabetics can have blood level spikes
