what to ask the consultant?

i have my consultants appointment on tuesday next week apart from the obvious why what what did/would you ask if you had a consultants appointment an what would have you have asked in hind site that you never thought bout at the time?

Why? (I mean, the main question would be: 'why'? Is there a reason that I lost the baby, was it the baby? was it me (I mean, in my case, I had an undiagnosed underactive thyroid, not behaviour!)? I would ask for tests to confirm that I was okay (I did, pre-IVF, but got pregnant again naturally) and ask for advice on how to proceed (I did counselling, which helped)
