What to expect?!?!

So I have my first ob appointment today & I'm freaking out. I tested positive for gbs in my urine at around 27 weeks. It's my understanding they swab to retest but I'm not sure what the point is since it comes and goes. What if it comes back negative but I have it during labour? I feel like my first positive should just be taken into consideration. But perhaps that's just the scaredy cat in me. I'm no doctor.
According to my original due date I'm 34+5 today.
What do you ladies think will happen? Internal exam? Is it too early for cervical checks?!

Help with my crazy nerves please!

Cant speak for Canada as im in the US but...
At my appointments so far in 3rd tri they've only checked the HB, felt baby's position, and scheduled labs if needed. I didn't test positive for GBS but my understanding is that they reswab for that around 37ish weeks? Every place is different but I know with mine they don't do internal exams until 40 weeks unless you have something going on that warrants them to check.
