What would you do?

So i bought fangs, yes i know i'm silly, and they are made in china so my mom said 'oh you shouldnt use them, they probably have lead in them'

Should i not use them until after i have the baby, or do you think its okay? I'm going to ask my doctors as well but i wanted opinions.

I think a lot of that is paranoia honestly. All the little old ladies in my highschool were saying "Don't buy anything made in China!" when like almost everything we own is made in China. lol.

thats what i think as well. I'm pretty sure you dont have to put something containing lead in your mouth. I think it can be absorbed through the skin as well so basically anyone that touches a remote, keyboard, mouse, a lot of tupperware....numerous odds and ends are at the same risk haha.
But she's got me scared. darn hypochondria.

See by fangs do you mean fang fangs, like vampirey type fangs? Or is it something else I'm missing lol.

And, I think lead in your mouth is more dangerous than lead you have contacted with, just because you are directly ingesting the lead from it being in your mouth, whereas it isn't as easily transfered through skin. Who knows? Ask your doctor though and he will put your fears at rest.

yes vampire fangs lol. They are these neat retractable, custom fit type things. i saw them online and couldnt resist. its soooo easy to buy things with paypal =/

lolz, in case your interested. I've always been addicted to vampires and thanks to True Blood i'm a bit of a fanatic again. Ya know the cheap ones you get around halloween that just go over all your teeth? I cant use those cause my teeth arent straight so they sit all funny =[ haha so these have made my day.

edit: i'm kind of thinking its no worse that using plastic forks/knives/spoons that are most likely from China as well. But i'm going to ask *hopefully* tomorrow. im terrible at making phone calls.
