What's going on??

So I had an usual 1 day period 6 days ago
And from then I've been feeling twinges in my lower abdomen. I've tested for a pregnancy test because I was feeling super nauseous this morning and still am not feeling great. My head was a warmer temperature than normal. My test was a bfn and I am 19dpo. I honestly don't know what's going on with me. I have no other symptoms apart from the nausea, temperature and slightly heavy breast (not sore)?

Anyone gone through or is going through the same thing?

Do you have any pictures of the test that you can post? Also when did you take the test?

No I don't I threw it out since it was negative
I took the test around 9am
But It wasn't the first pee & it wasn't a heavy pee

Also I haven't been urinating as often as I normally would. Super weird
