Ive had two miscarriages, one in Jan 09 and the other in April 09, both happened within days of me getting my :bfp: 's. I completly changed my diet and started looking after myself properly. What do you think the chances of it happening again are?? Do you think that by changing the way I was completly could have resulted in the m/c's? Im still a little confused about things wondering if worrying or changing things made them happen etc

I'm so sorry sweetie!

I'm not an expert but from what's I've read about m/c there's really not much you can do to influence it. If the pregnancy isn't meant to be then it won't be so please don't blame yourself for it.

I've known people who are super healthy who m/c and I've worked with heroin addicted clients of mine who go on to carry full term while using throughout their pregnancy (horribly unfair for people who really don't abuse their bodies whilst pregnant and still m/c).

If it's any help at all my Mum m/c'd twice and went on to have both me and my sister so it doesn't mean that it won't ever happen for you.

Feel free to PM me if you want to but whatever you do don't blame yourself!
