do you have full custody or do you share custody?
does your child have just days or overnight stays aswell?
do you work it on an 'adhoc' basis or keep to a strict schedule?
was it a personal arrangement or were courts involved?? xx

We have joint custody, but the children's primary residence is with me.
NO overnights yet (just made a post about that this weekend), don't know when those will happen as I do not trust their father to treat them properly in the night.
We have a schedule that we follow for the most part, (Tues and Thurs afternoons/evenings and Sunday all day) but change as we need depending on the girls' needs or if things come up.
Court was involved but now that we got most of that nastiness out of the way and we're on better terms, we'll probably do things between ourselves.

FOB sees LO every weekend. Every Saturday at mine and every other Sunday he takes him to his. The other Sunday he stays at home and does his own thing. LO doesn't stay over night I feel hes too young. No courts involved its something we arranged between ourselves

LO stays with her father three days a week, overnight. We have alternating saturdays, so one week he'll have her Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and then the next week he'll have her Saturday, Sunday, Monday. I am her primary guardian. We arranged this ourselves while I was pregnant and decided this should start when she was 6 months old, and then we went through a lawyer to get it put down on paper for both mine and his protection. Same with child support.

My ex has Aden during the day on Monday, overnight Monday and Tuesday morning and then has him Thursday afternoon, overnight Thursday, all day Friday, overnight Friday and all day Saturday. This is to fit in with me with college and work so it is working great for us. He doesn't officially pay me child support as it is pretty much 50/50 childcare but he gives me £100 a month to put towards clothes and toys which will increase to £150 when my next baby is born. Custody arrangements will change in September with regards to days and hours etc but will still be pretty much 50/50.

Currently no courts have been involved, and he will ask for a visit every so often (ranging every few weeks, to a couple months). LO has stayed overnight 3 times, the overnights being a new thing this year. We just work it out amongst ourselves.

I have custody, nothing else has been deemed from the courts since they haven't been involved regarding custody.

CS was court ordered, so it comes directly from his pay.

Ours is pretty ad-hoc. Usually one overnight or two 8/9hr days depending on his working hours and my/Lucas' plans for the week. Maybe a day out all together now and then too, again just depending on circumstances. Never had courts involved - we went to mediation a few years back to build up access but sort of fell into our own arrangement over time.

I have full custody , dads guardianship rights were completely terminated in court at 6 month old. He has supervised visits 2 times a week at my moms house so he's not aloud to be alone around me or know where I live . but lately he doesn't show up to those , so basically I have him all to my self right now

Joint custody and Maria goes to her dad's on the first and last weekends of the month (friday to monday) and the third week of the month (monday to friday). We went to court but reached an agreement in mediation. We are quite flexible at the moment with the visits though but will probably go back to the official arrangement after I come back from holiday.

I get 152 euros (mandatory minimum amount) a month child support, the state pays it to me and then takes the money from his unemployment benefit but not sure if they take the full amount.

Wow that's a really decent amount for the minumum! The minimum here in the uk is £5 a week if they are on unemployment benefits and £0 if the parent is not claiming benefits. Although we do get help in other ways such as child benefit and tax credits which the government pay. Xx

Yeah it is decent. Single parents get a 50 euro increase in child benefit too.

I have full custody. FOB hasn't been showing up for visits, so everything is still back and forth. He showed up last week. Idk.

We have another baby coming in 2 weeks so it should be interesting.

CS is court ordered. $1129 a month. He didn't pay and it is now being taken from his paychecks. I'm atiill not getting the full amount.
