What's the name of this Epic Book - HELP!

Can anyone tell me the name of this epic children's pop-up book - It has animals in (well, the faces of them)? I remember the bird and his beak popped up (shown) an elephant and a tiger to name a few.

I had to take the pic off the TV (hence bad pic) but I am racking my brains trying to remember the name of it - I've tried google but nothing comes up! Would love to buy it for bubba.

I had it in my nursery/infant school (UK) and I saw it in the background of Friends (the American TV show!) when Phoebe was singing to school children (hence the bad pic). So it must be a big seller!?
