What's this after crying feeds?

LO is 4 wks old now and for the last few days she's been having a little screaming fit after her bottle.
She's burped fine, always brings up wind no probs. I thought it was constipation as she acts like she needs a poo and farts. But then today she had a big poo during her bottle and then still after she finished her feed had a few screams and jut seems unsettled.
She used to fall asleep on her bottles do putting her down to nap was easy, now it's a mission as it takes about an hour to comfort her before she will give in and sleep.
Any idea what it could be?

DD is the same. I think it has to do with their system developing. She started to get upset around 4 weeks as well. I tried switching formula, didn't help, only made it worse. I tried Dr Brown's bottles and it helped a lot, although she would still get fussy. It reached a peak around 6-7 weeks, now it's getting better. Chances are your LO is just going through a phase. Give it a couple of weeks and see what happens. It's never easy to see our little ones upset or in pain.
And sometimes she decides to poop while eating and looks at me with a very confused look on her face
