At present, Olivia is 5 1/2months:

7:30 6oz Formula

8:15/8:30 Porridge

9am Sleep for about 1hr - 1hr & 1/2

11:30 6oz Formula

1:30pm Sleep for about 1hr

3:30pm 6oz Formula

5pm Full Food pot & 1/2pudding

6pm Sleep for about 20mins

7:30pm 5oz Formula & bed!

I was hoping to pop in a dinner soon about 12:15 and shift meals/milk up a little & she has water inbetween meals.

Whats yours???

Molly sleep routine is changing at the moment as she is starting to sleep much better at night :happydance:. An average day is...

7.00am offer a 7oz bottle, sometimes drinks 1oz, sometimes 7oz!

8.00am BIG bowl of porrige/weetabix and fruit

10.00am nap, anything from half hour to 2 hours

12.00pm lunch (normally leftovers from our dinner night before and finger foods)

3.00pm nap, usually only about 45 mons

4.00pm dinner (main meal and dessert)

6.30pm bath, bottle (offer 7oz you know the drill :dohh:), bed

(meal sizes have got a lot bigger recently. She eats the equivilent of a whole stage 2 jar of dinner and a stage 1 dessert plus extra finger food. That could explain the milk intake dropping!)

LO is 6 months and 2 weeks old.

Breastfed on demand, usually every 90 minutes to 2 hours during the day.

Small amount of solids (non pureed, things like sandwiches, toast, vegetables, curry) at either 12pm or 8pm.

Bedtime at 9:30pm, feeds 4-6 times a night, wakes up at 8:30am.

LO is 6 months on monday.

7.30am - 6-9oz formula
8.30am - offer porridge with fruit on a pre loaded spoon for LO to hold, she feeds her self variable quantities
9am - nap for 30 mins
11.30am - 6-9oz formula
12.30ish - whatever I'm having for lunch, I offer some to her, (as-is, not pureed) she only swallows tiny amounts of this atm, today was toast and avocado and plain organic yoghurt with fruit
1pm - nap for 30 mins
3.30pm - 6-9oz formula
5.30pm - nap for 30 mins
7pm - 6-9oz formula
7.15pm - bed
11pm - 9oz dreamfeed

The sleeping and solids vary - I don't have a solids routine really - if she is tired or grumpy I will not offer any solids.
