when did i actually miscarry?

hi ladies. just wondering if anyone can help. ive lost my preganavy last week but I don't know what day to date it when I had my miscarriage.
my hospital appointment was
Monday- no heartbeat, possible small sac and low hcg levels
Wednesday- no heartbeat ,possible small sac and hcg stayed the same
friday- started spotting, hcg rise of just 10
Saturday- heavy bleeding, passed what I'm almost 100% sure was the sac(baby) and levels dropped my over 100....

was Saturday my miscarriage do to heavy bleeding and loss? or could it have been Monday as there was no heartbeat
any info on this is much appreciated x

I think what ever your comfortable with. Some people class the day try stsrted bleeding, others the day the scan shows no hb x

I passed bub on sat too.
For me I say i mc on sat.
But like previous poster said its which ever u feel is right xx
To be honest I still feel like I'm in a miscarriage
Had loads more clots today.
But I would date it as sat.

It's when you pass the sac if you need it for tracking your cycle later. My dr consider the D&C date as the start of mc although both times I waited 2 weeks after the loss confirmation to go for the D&Cs as I don't mc naturally. The mild bleeding wasn't considered as the actual miscarriage

I class Myne as nine /ten weeks as that is when my baby died. I didn't start bleeding til thirteen weeks though x
