When did you start using your Jumperoo?

Hi,

Another Jumperoo related question. I know that the Jumperoo should only be used when the baby has full head control, but I was just wondering out of interest really when you or your LO's started using it?

:flower:

I have got one for Aliyah for christmas so she will be 5months old by the time she uses it x

Right at 4 months, although he could have used it sooner if I'd been able to buy one earlier as he had the head control.

4 months & he was bouncing in it immediately xx

I would put Kenny in his jumperoo for a few minutes when he was like under four months, but now he goes in it for a while during the day, he loves it. We started doing it more often and noticed he enjoyed it when he was 4 months :flower:

my guy has only just been able to touch the floor :)

put my baby girl in at 3 months because she has very good head control and loves standing and jiggling (holding on to my hands obviously!) i only put her in for 5 mins max after she has her bottle and wash and is dressed for the day as part of her morning routine. she absolutely loves it! she can touch the floor on the lowest setting with her tippytoes

I was wondering this too as I wanted to get Noah one for christmas but he will only be 3 months. So far he seems to have good head control, so fingers crossed it shouldn't be too long after christmas that he can use it then x

Gaby was about 7 1/2 months by the time she could reach the floor. She loves it now though.

Dylan has had cracking head control for a while now (sling probably helped!) so although we got his for Christmas DH has put him in it already (13 weeks when we got it).

He is a shortie baby though, so DH has made a little step thing under it otherwise I think by the time he can reach the floor he probably wouldn't be interested in it lol.

He loves it and bounces and plays without even looking at me once he's in it :dohh:

3months, he still cant reach the floor tho (he has a cushion underneath) and he has only just started bouncing, when he didnt bounce it was good for keeping him upright after a feed coz of his reflux x

Anna went in hers at 4months+1wk - she could touch the floor and get herself to bounce

I have saw pics of LO's on her with pillows or catalogues underneath if they cant touch the floor. As long as LO can fully keep upper body and head up then I think its fine:flower:

Right at 4 months, although he could have used it sooner if I'd been able to buy one earlier as he had the head control.

Exactly the same. She could have gone it in earlier but I didn't have it then. I just got it last week in the Argos sale.

Just wanted to add Gabriel couldn't touch the floor until 6.5-7 months. I had a cushion under him, so he could use it.

We're getting her one for Christmas, so she will be two days off 4 months.
