When did your AF return while EBF?

I've been exclusively breast feeding my little guy for the past 7 weeks and this past Monday I started spotting which lead to a full blown period! and also I had horrible cramps which I assumed I'd be able to handle after labor At my 6 week pp check up my midwife said I might not get AF while breastfeeding so I certainly didn't expect it to return so soon.

My question to you ladies: When did your AF return for you??

5 months for me.

1 week shy of 6 months

with my son though, I bled for over 2 months, then skipped a month, bled a month, and so on until finally not having a period for about a year but I received 1 Depo shot before being released from hospital :/ Then had trouble with ovarian cysts :/

I sooooo wanted to be one of those ladies who go about 12 months without one

About 7 months for it to be a "for sure" consistent AF
