When did your baby smile or make noises?

My DD was born 5 weeks early and spent 2 weeks in special care as she was struggling to breathe and maintain her temp. She's 7 weeks today and has still not smiled or made any sound other than crying even though she is very alert a lot of the time. I would love to know when your baby started smiling or making sounds please. Should I be going by her adjusted age? I guess I'm starting to worry. Thank you

Whilst all babies smile in their own time, i would suggest going by adjusted age. My LO was 13 weeks adjusted age (25 weeks old)
