When did your baby?....

Start clapping?
Start crawling?
And what sort of signs of crawling did you have?
Did they just randomly start crawling from being on their tummy or did they bum shuffle, scoot along etc?

Whenever my daughter is on her belly she just sticks her arms and legs out like she is flying

Crawling backwards at five months...he also revs up now and tries so hard to crawl, but just is not able yet. He gets really frustrated. Xx

Clapping 6 months

Crawling he still cant do. He just rolls everywhere. Je has no intrest in learning when he can get everywhere sobquick anyway

LO is 8.5 months old and still doesn't clap, he still looks very bemused when he sees us doing it too, bless him!

He has been crawling since 7 months though - although just commando crawling. I doubt he will bother trying to do a normal crawl now and will likely just go straight to walking as he is pretty speedy with the commando

Adam suddenly started clapping at about 6 months.
He started crawling properly at about 9/10 months. He spent a lot of time trying to get into the right position before commando crawling backwards much to his frustration.

crawling at 7 months, proper full on crawling tho. doesnt clap her hands. claps mine instead at 6 months

My LO clapped at about 9/10 months

She was a roller rather than a crawler so she got about by rolling right up until 10 months when she started cruising. It was only after then that she realised she could crawl

Ella is just over 10 months and has been crawling since she was 6 months. She still doesnt clap her hands. She will pat on mine with one hand when I sing pat-a-cake but I dont think that counts! lol!

Paige clapped at 6 months, and crawled at 9.5 months. She just took off one day after showing no interest at all

Amber started combat crawling at 5 months, proper crawling just before she turned 6 months. She can't clap yet. My son didn't clap till fairly late either (10/11 months) x

He barely commando crawled. He did that around 8 months I think and got bored quickly. He crawled at 11.5 months but clapped around 7 months.

Eta for crawling he got up on hands and knees and just went. Now he can crawl he rocks back and forth haha. Decided he wanted to do it the wrong way round.

My son doesn't clap yet, and he's 7 months old... He started crawling (forward, belly off the ground, and pretty well) when he first turned 6 months, though.
