When to go to the next stage?

Weve done the runny purees and now the ones i make are thicker and Alex handles them well, even prefers them as the food isnt running out of his mouth

How would i know when hes ready to try mash?

Try it! He might gag a bit to start but that's what stops them choking. Ruby does gag a bit, we're BLW so she has normal food, but it doesn't bother her.
